FREE standard cabinets delivery on most orders over AED 2000 made at shaficdagher.com within Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. For orders below AED 2000, delivery fee of AED 100 is applicable.
For other emirates a delivery fee of AED 300 is applicable regardless the amount of the order.

How can I cancel my order?
This process varies according to your order type and which stage the order is in.
To cancel a Buy Online, Pick Up in Store order, see your order details and follow the "Cancel Order" link to cancel the order directly online before it is shipped.
Individual items may be cancelled within 30 minutes of receiving your emailed order confirmation. If it is too late to cancel your order, you may return any unwanted items in accordance with our returns policy.
Customize items cannot be canceled that have already been processed.
For all other orders, contact us as soon as possible via phone, live chat, or email, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.
Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
How do I return an item?
Online Return Policy
Most merchandise can be returned within 24 hours of purchase.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing banks of the credit card.
Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of an error by shaficdagher.com.

In-Store Purchase Return Policy Basics
Returns within 24 hours of purchase and with a valid sales receipt will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to your account.
